Overview

Liyova-bêse Fêqê was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1352, by Këd Brêpî. The establishment of Liyova-bêse Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Këd Brêpî electing to pay people to resettle in Liyova-bêse Fêqê.

Liyova-bêse Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Liyova-bêse Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Liyova-bêse Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of narrow flagstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Liyova-bêse Fêqê's cost-cutting-focused defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

A look around Liyova-bêse Fêqê shows Liyova-bêse Fêqê is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.
